Welcome to NOURISH, Cambrooke’s PKU Wellness Destination. We’re so glad you’re here — this could be the first step in your journey toward a healthier, happier you. Let 2026 be the year you prioritise you.
By signing up, you’ll get instant access to our twice-weekly wellness classes, designed to support both mind and body. Topics include yoga, meditation, mindfulness, sound and breath work, journalling, and more.
Why did we create NOURISH?
In 2022, we launched our Healthy YOU, Healthy PKU Mental Health Journal. It quickly became our most requested resource, and the feedback you shared about its impact has been a real source of pride for us.
But we knew we could do more.
That’s why we created NOURISH, in collaboration with Yoga & Wellness Coach Catherine Jordan. Together, we’ve developed a programme designed to support individuals living with PKU, as well as parents and carers, on their personal wellness journeys.
What can you expect when you sign up?
Once registered, you can choose to receive instant or monthly updates about upcoming wellness classes.
Each week, we’ll release two new classes on our wellness hub. You can watch them anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.

NOURISH is delivered by Cambrooke, in collaboration with Catherine Jordan, Yoga & Wellness Coach.
Who is NOURISH for?

NOURISH is designed for everyone. The sessions are accessible, beginner-friendly, and created with inclusivity in mind.
Managing the PKU diet can bring added daily pressures — our goal is to give you practical tools to relax, reset, and reclaim some much-deserved you time. Because you deserve it.
How long are the classes?

Each class is around 15 minutes, making them easy to fit into even the busiest day — whether you’re juggling work, family life, or preparing low-protein meals.
Can I opt out at any time?

…A bit about Catherine Jordan, Yoga & Wellness Coach
Cat is a Yoga teacher, breathwork and sound practitioner and is currently undergoing training in Integrative Quantum Medicine. Cat owns and runs a yoga studio in Greater Manchester and is passionate about wellness and self care. She specialises in Yoga for beginners and techniques for deep relaxation – believing that Yoga should be accessible to all, no matter age or ability, and that how you feel in your practice is all that matters.
