Terms & Conditions – Nourish Wellness Programme
- These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in the Nourish Programme delivered by external yoga practitioner, Catherine Jordan, in collaboration with Cambrooke.
- By signing up for the programme, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- The Practitioner is engaged as an independent contractor and is solely responsible for the planning, content, and delivery of the Classes. Cambrooke’s role is limited to collaboration, coordination, and/or promotion of the Classes.
- The practitioner, nor Cambrooke, provide medical, therapeutic, or fitness advice.
- Some classes involve gentle movement. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are confirming that you are physically fit enough to take part in these classes.
- Participants are advised to seek medical advice from a GP or qualified healthcare professional before participating if they have any medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or have any concerns about their health.
- Participants agree to inform Cambrooke of any relevant health conditions prior to participating.
- Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and accept responsibility for their own wellbeing during the Classes.
- Participants are encouraged to work within their own limits and to stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or distress.
- Cambrooke accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or professional conduct of the Practitioner.
- Participants may opt out of class notifictions by notifying Cambrooke: amaynard@cambrooke.com at any time.
- Personal data received upon sign up of the programme, will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data will be used solely for administering the Classes and related communications and will not be shared with third parties.
