Low Protein Caramelised Fruit (PKU)
- Turn on the grill to a high setting.
- Slice the banana and nectarine in half, removing the hard shell inside the nectarine.
- Sprinkle the sugar on the fruit and grill for 2-3 minutes or until the sugar has begun to caramelise.
- Plate up and drizzle on the syrup.
- Enjoy as a breakfast treat or dessert!
