Cheese and Chive Scones 3.5:1 (Keto)
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine eggs and garlic powder in a small mixing bowl.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the mixture.
- Add the KetoVie Café Kwik Mix and use your hands to mix the ingredients until a dough forms.
- Mix in the chopped chives, cheese and salt.
- Form into a biscuit/scone shape using your hands.
- Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
