Low Protein Christmas Crustless Pumpkin Spice Pie (PKU)
- Combine Glytactin BUILD 20/20 Smooth, brown sugar,instant custard powder and spice in a bowl and add the water to form a paste. Add the vanilla extract and pureed pumpkin and stir to combine. I would start off with a little bit of the spices and add more if you wish too.
- Pour into a small oven proof dish, I used a 15 x 12 cm shallow metal dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes and leave to set a little before eating. Serve with cream or custard.
