Low Protein Chocolate Caramel Brownies
Method
- Blend maple syrup, butter, coconut oil, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract for 2 minutes or until liquid
- In a bowl, mix low protein flour and cocoa powder together
- Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry but save some to drizzle on top
- Spoon the mixture into a greased or lined tin and smooth the top
- Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180 C
- Drizzle remaining sauce on top of brownie and let it soak in
