Welcome to NOURISH, your new PKU Wellness Destination, dedicated to providing PKU individuals, parents and carers with actionable resources to improve their mental wellness and resilience. Each week we will release two new classes on mindfulness, meditation, sound and breath work, yoga and more. We are so glad you could join us!
24. Balancing Nature Meditation
Participants are encouraged to be outside, preferably in nature for this meditation, but it can also be practiced from home. Starting with Nadi Shodhana breathwork to encourage calm and balance in the body and going into a nature visualisation / guided meditation.

7. Nature Walk Meditation
A gentle and brief full body stretch before connecting to the senses with nature sounds and sensory scanning – the participant can listen while walking or can treat this practice as a visualisation/meditation while at home.

4. Yin Yoga for Relaxation & Mental Resilience
Yin is a deeply restorative practice, that targets the joints and connective tissues through long, supported holds. Pillow/cushion props will be required. Ideal for releasing stress and tension and building mental resilience.
