								Low Protein Christmas Shortbread (PKU)
Method
- Preheat oven to 200’C / Gas mark 6
 - Rub together butter, sugar and flour. Slowly add water and knead into a dough
 - Dust a surface with flour and roll dough to a 1cm thickness
 - Use Christmas themed cutters to make biscuit shapes
 - Place on lined baking tray
 - Bake for 20 minutes or until golden
 - Perfect base for icing and decorating with the kids
